At to brew, we strive for the perfect cup every time, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable items and select blends within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food products, all returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging to ensure safety and quality.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
