تم جلب هذا المحصول المميز من عزلة هوزان من مديرية مناخة بمحافظة صنعاء. تتميز هوزان بقمة جبل شبام والذي تكسوه المدرجات الزراعية، كما تتميز بالحصون الأثرية القديمة المملوءة بالنقوش العتيقة العائدة إلى أحد ملوك حِمْيَر: هوزان بن حضور.
محصولنا "هوزان" تمت معالجته بالنقع اللاهوائي DQ. نجد في هذا المحصول مزيجاً من إيحاءات التوت والخوخ والشوكولاته واللوز.

A product from Yemen, the land of love and coffee. The ancient civilization that immortalized love stories. Love mixed with belonging to the land and coffee cultivation.

This distinctive product was brought from the isolation of Hawzan in Manakha District, Sana'a Governorate. Hawzan is characterized by the peak of Jabal Shibam covered with agricultural terraces, as well as ancient archaeological forts filled with ancient inscriptions dating back to one of the Himyarite kings: Hawzan bin Hadur.
Our "Hawzan" product has been processed with DQ Anaerobic Soak. We find in this product a blend of notes of berries, peach, chocolate, and almond.
